LEARNING BEYOND THE CLASSROOM

At SahyaSakha, education is not limited to textbooks and examinations. We believe that true learning happens when students observe, think, question, create, and express their understanding in meaningful ways. Through experiential learning activities, students engage with history, culture, values, and real-life concepts in an interactive environment that nurtures creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression.

Learning to See Beyond What Meets the Eye

Experiential Learning Program

From Sight to Insight

At SahyaSakha, we believe true education begins when students learn to look beyond what they see and discover the ideas, values, and stories hidden beneath the surface.

This experiential learning activity encouraged students to move beyond simple observation and explore deeper meanings. By studying the Rajyabhishek ceremony of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, students were challenged not to describe the scene, but to understand the values, emotions, leadership qualities, and cultural significance it represented.

Through reflection and discussion, students uncovered concepts such as leadership, courage, justice, dedication, self-respect, wisdom, and patriotism. These insights were then transformed into original artwork, allowing students to express their own interpretations and creative thinking.
